We offering free shipping( No shipping Charge) all over India.

If the delivery is not made, or the customer is not available at the delivery address, Our courier company Partner will hold the product for 3 days and will then return it back to the Easy Learning  office.

​

It is the customer’s responsibility to mention any specific delivery instructions (i.e. 'if out, leave with neighbour' or 'round back of house' etc) in the special instructions box while placing the order. If there are no instructions, then in case of a failed delivery, any additional charges incurred will have to be paid for by the customer.

Instructions need to be given if the customer wants the goods to be left at the address without a signature. This should only be done if the customer is sure that the package/ goods will remain safe as neither Easy Learning Office  nor the courier company will accept liability for the loss of goods in this case.

​

Once the order has been processed, and the package has been dispatched to the courier company, any request by the customer to change the delivery address, reques will not consider.
